What is FlokiPup ($FlokiPup)?
Powered by a finely tuned contract, and a healthy dose of cuteness, FlokiPup is building a comprehensive platform with static reflections and play to earn gaming mechanisms to enable gamers from all over the world experience Gaming and NFT on the Ethereum blockchain.

FlokiPup at its core is a frictionless yield and deflationary token. By just simply holding $FlokiPup in your wallet, you will yield a passive income paid out in $FlokiPup tokens. In addition 2% of the sell tax is used for daily buyback and burns to make this a truly deflationary token, decreasing the total supply and increasing the price floor.

V2 Migration Team Announcement

The announcement you’ve been waiting for. Thank you everyone for being so patient whilst the team have been working non-stop to ensure the V2 migration is a smooth and successful process. We are pleased we can finally reveal all the details of our V2 migration:

Firstly I want to reveal the details of our new V2 contract that has been custom developed by a very reputable developer in the crypto space — The Inari Dev

We reached out to the Inari Dev due to the successful reputation he’s built from not only his own project ‘Inari’ but also from helping out other big projects in the space.

The custom contract that has been developed will have the following Tokenomics:

⁃ 1 Trillion Total Supply

⁃ Deflationary

⁃ 12% Tax Round Trip

These Tokenomics mean less barrier to entry than our current V1 contract with 20% tax. Reducing the tax amount significantly will attract more investors, whilst keeping enough tax to fund the development of FlokiPup. Also making the token deflationary instead of inflationary.

2% Total Buy tax

(2% Redistribution to all holders)- Paid in FLOKIPUP — This will reward all hodlers, every time a buy transaction goes through 2% of that will be redistributed fairly to all holders — Earn FLOKIPUP tokens just but holding it in your wallet

10% Total Sell Tax -

(2% — Manual Buyback/Burn) — 2% of every sell transaction will be sent to a separate wallet in Ethereum — this will be used for daily buybacks/burns to make the token deflationary whilst also pumping the price of FlokiPup at random times throughout each day.

(2% — Team Tax) — This will be used for the payroll of all our team members including the core dev team, marketing team, PR team and community support team. We plan on hiring more professionals to help with the development of the FlokiPup very soon.

(3% — Marketing Tax) — This will be used daily for our strategic marketing plan made by our professional marketing manager, he’ll be putting this tax to very good use.

(3% — Development Tax) — The development tax will be used for the development of the FlokiPup Metaverse game, FlokiPup DEX and future utility’s we introduce.

FAQ of the the migration process

● Why don’t I just sell now and buy V2?
To incentivise people to buy/hold V1 not only will you get 5%/10% extra tokens..

We expect V2 to have a lot of buying pressure due to our marketing campaign, so we’ll likely see some X’s on launch, meaning that your tokens will multiply in value instantly.

You’ll simply miss out on the initial X’s on launch if you sell before and end up buying back at a much higher price depending on how many X’s it does.

● When V2 launch?
Tuesday Night UTC (12th Of October), as long as Gas fee’s are reasonable.

● How are you transferring liquidity from the V1 to V2?
The only way to transfer liquidity is to get the current V1 holders to send their tokens to the V2 deployer wallet, then the dev can sell all the tokens at once, draining the V1 liquidity pool and transferring to V2.

● When do we send our tokens?
When we mint the new contract on the deployer wallet.

● How long do we have to send the tokens to the address?
From the time the contract is minted tomorrow until we launch on Tuesday, around 48–72hrs.

● Do we get taxed on sending our V1 tokens?
Yes, there is currently a tax on transferring current V1 tokens, this will be accounted for and reimbursed in your V2 airdrop.

● When will you mint the new contract?
In around 12 hours from this post. We’ll notify everyone once the contract has been minted and provide you with an address to start sending your V1 tokens too.

● Can we still trade up until you mint the V2 contract?
Yes, we’re leaving trading open until the new contract is minted. Once we’ve minted we’ll take a snapshot and notify everyone that trading is now closed.

● Why are you taking a snapshot?
We’re taking a snapshot of metrics for the formula needed to calculate the conversion rates for your V2 tokens. The value of your V2 tokens will be worth the same as what your V1 tokens are worth when the snapshot is taken, with an added 5/10%.

● What will you be taking a snapshot of?
The metrics we’ll be taking a snapshot of will be the exact total supply, liquidity in the pool and the exact token price at the time of the snapshot.

These are the metric needed to calculate what the value of your tokens were at the time of the snapshot.

● When do we get our V2 tokens?
You’ll receive your tokens prior to the V2 launch, before we’ve added liquidity. Once you send your tokens to the wallet, the dev team will be manually sending your V2 tokens out. This is a manual process so please stay patient, everyone who sends their V1 tokens will get V2 tokens before it’s launched.

● Will my tokens be worth the same on V2?
No, your tokens will be worth more, 5% more as an incentive for holding V1, some early holders will be eligible for 10% more — See HERE

● Is the new contract audited?
We are currently working getting the contract verified by Safe Solidity before the launch.

● Will liquidity be locked on V2 launch?
Yes liquidity will be locked on V2 and ownership renounced.
